Restaurant.com has a new 80% off code Sweetie available. The $25 discount certificates are normally $10 or $15 (depending on restaurant), but are $2 or $3 with the code. They also sell $10 certificates for select restaurants for $4, making them $0.80 each with the code. Thanks Superocean

I posted the same on FW and according to a member there, it's not a good idea to get gift cards for later use but only buy a certain $ amount for a certain restaurant. According to the poster, if you buy $ amount gift card and try to redeem it later on R.com they direct you to an alternate sub site that doesn't have as many restaurants listed as the main R.com site.

not sure where you live, but in houston there's 2 out of 64 that have that , so it's the small minority of places that have that stipulation

and I'm pretty sure they figure out that no one's gonna bother getting a coupon to a place if the promo code doesn't apply

there's really never a reason to buy a generic r.com gc.. and almost all of their other offers or affiliate offers aren't worthwhile, imo

Some even claimed they never signed up with them but were listed and were forced to accept coupons not to annoy customers. Regardless if this is 100% true or not, I am more and more convienced this company is not doing a fair business. Life is too short to miss a good deal!!!
