RTD Protein Drinks, 60 cents per can plus shipping
Smartpowders.com is having a sale on RTD (ready to drink) Protein shakes. 60 cents / can plus shipping.
50 cans = $50 in NY
*** This deal is only for people who buy RTD's in bulk
I was trying to get around $1 / can which for me (In New York) is about 50 cans. I bought a variety of all 3. Drink the Low Carbs throughout the day and drink the regular ones (with sugar) pre and post workout. The sugar will spike your insulin which tells your cells to store nutrients, and in the case of working out, protein. Don't worry about the sugar calories at all if you time these within 30 minutes pre workout and within 1 hour post workout.
This deal has been running for a little while but I held off on posting this until I was able to try them since it is an off brand. These are insanely delicious! (I highly recommend the low carb)
PS, I'm all for protein powder but there are certain parts of the day where it's not accessible so an RTD is necessity. I'll normally stock Muscle Milk RTD's which are about $4 / drink but amazing tasting. These cans are better tasting than the MM choc and vanilla.
Yes I know a lot about supplements so feel free to ask some questions.

Oh yea, any serious muscle building routine is going to need about 1-2 grams of protein per lb of body weight which is impossible to do without pounding protein constantly. Protein is equally important for weight loss as well.
