How do these install? If I have an existing light & electrical box/wiring in the location I want to install a celing fan does it have a bracket to secure, support & brace the motion & added weight created by a ceiling fan vs a regular light that is there now?

I've seen some install guides where you have to get in the attic & install a supplemental brace between the wood beams in the ceiling.. Seems like a lot of hassle to install a ceiling fan..
