I have to say that windows mobile 7.5 is thee best mobile os to have... I've had an iphone(edge) Motorola droid(1), HTC eris, HTC incredible, and a HTC vivid. And I have to say ios and android are just to slow and buggy to my taste. Windows mango is more efficient and faster when it comes to actual usage unlike its other competitors. The only thing I have to say bad about windows mangos that it requires to be synced with Zune an order to transfer music and photos.

Microsoft has actually hired devs to work on an advanced backup system within the phone and zune, I'd expect an update by the end of the year (Apollo launch). |

Great OS and getting better all the time! I just got a Lumia 800 (from a focus) and wow is it a nice device! I've had iphones, android phones, etc and this is by far the sexiest and more well constructed phone I've ever owned. Definitely looking forward to the 900 in a month or two!

![]() Typical teeny bopper doesn't know about smartphones that predate Apple. Or the fact that the LG Prada was released months before the iPhone. |

Let's run it by the numbers. The courts in France told them no. They scored temporary bans in Germany and Australia against Samsung, but at the highest courts, the judges pretty much threw their case out. They lost another bid in the Netherlands to have the Galaxy Tab banned. That's three major European markets where they're more/less going to have a tough time bringing other cases against Android manufacturers. They'll have better luck hiring their own employees to ransack retailers carrying Android devices. ![]() Apple's now making a desperate gamble with an appeal from the Northern District of California, but the likelihood of that one passing is already at a dead low given the losses they've incurred all around the world. They gunned for the psychological advantage in their legal battles and lost it. Their legal fees not to mention the tangible costs of having their own experts and engineers testify aren't going to be cheap. Then again, there's no such thing as a free lunch. ![]() I would hardly call Apple's data-detection patent verdict against HTC a win. Features like those are a mite too easy to get around, and judging from the way judges grant several months before injunctions such as those actually come into effect, it's a real nonissue and simple as issuing an update that accounts for the needed changes. In other words, Apple is expending hundreds of millions of dollars per suit for patent claims that are baseless and frankly quite expensive to litigate. There is no "win" as long as the likes of HTC can issue updates and continue selling their devices. So tell me. Where exactly has Apple scored a permanent ban against a device? No no, don't give me a cookie cutter answer you got from an Apple Insider poster or a line from Jersey Shore. ![]() Try graduating from high school first, kid.
