Bosch Platinum Plus/Spark Plugs

$2.99 at AutoZone online less manufacturers rebate
http://www.autozone.com (you'll need to put in your car info to find the right plug but the rebate is for Bosch Platinum plus or +2 or +4 only)

DO NOT USE THE REBATE SHOWN ON AUTOZONE (use this one instead):

Summary - I got all new platinum plugs for about $2 in tax. Sweet.

in case people are wondering generally copper is the cheapest, and you should replaced every 30k miles. then there is platinum and iridium which will last much longer. if you're an enthusiast, you already know you should get iridium, and if you're running a 1996 nissan maxima like me you'll probably opt for platinums which are definitely more economical. of course, you might have to change your plugs more often depending on your driving conditions. for $2/plug you can't go wrong with platinums.

"Smoked" by windows phone 2012, might be my best SD yet if i could actually get the phone.

this is true, but the way that you can design the spark plugs because of their material makes a difference too. might be worthwhile to check out forums for each individual car and see what works best for people in the forum.

I have seen bosch platinums cause driveability issues in many cars, even refused to install a set in a 97 montero i was working on yesterday, instead they got me NGKs to use. I highly recommend using what the manufacturer recommends. Use These @ Your Own Risk!

Decided to pony up to get the NGK Iridium's like the manual suggested. To each his own. Me pay retail? That's umpossible!
