Kaspersky Rebates
mailed by the end of nov. and got confirmation mail on 12/19/2011.it is Feb now, and the status is still "We have received your submission and it is being processed." what should i do? call them? why kaspersky is so slow on rebats than others. |

kaspersky rebates are reliable, they just take the FULL 8-12 weeks to be processed. also, add about 3-5 days for them to receive it. still yet, they might start processing it until they have received enough to batch process. my last kaspersky rebate took almost 3 months.

Depending on the retailer, they use different rebate processors.The processors used are either parago which is generally the fastest 4 to 6 weeks , on Staples purchases or Young America which takes the normal 2 month processing time, on Office Depot purchases or their is status-now which is the longest at about 3 month on Fry's purchases.

I accidentally saw this thread today morning and guess what, I have my rebate waiting for me at my home in the evening. But I got only the $60 rebate and no check for the upgrade rebate of $25 - hope that comes tomorrow

Did you or anybody get the upgrade rebate of $25 for the same? Mine was rejected and the reason was incorrect UPC - I only submitted a copy of UPC as they asked so! TIA |

If you submitted the correct upc code, contact the rebate processor. |

I was wondering if anybody did the Fry's Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 and Q1 rebate. I submitted and received my $60, but the Q1 was denied because I did not qualify due to not having a "manual page from a previous version or competitive product". I photocopied the original 2012 cd but was denied. Is anyone on the same boat?

Ah, I see. I thought upgrading from original Kas 2012 to Q1 would be okay, so I only submitted the original 2012. So submit the 2012 Trend Micro should be okay then. |
