General Rebate Question
If the rebate form says "limit 1 rebate per address, except where prohibited by law", can I still use the same name, but one with office address AND the other with home address to get 2 rebates? TIA

The rebate processor would tell you no, but it would work, the majority of the time . As the rebate processor has no way of knowing that's it the same person as you may share that name with another person.

if it says 1 per address i would use 2 different addresses (1 hubby perhaps, 1 myself) work address, home address.
