![]() If you are in-contract...it doesn't affect you at all. Once/if you are out-of-contract...then theres nothing to breach. You just decide whether it's worth it or not to you. Their statement on this matter cracks me up:
"Wireless devices today are more sophisticated than ever before. And because of that, the costs associated with upgrading to a new device have increased" Yep, it is indeed much more difficult today to pop a SIM card into a new device than it was two years ago, or add an overpriced & limited data plan onto an account. Especially when you consider that most new phones coming out are considered smart phones, so they get away with requiring data plans from people who may have never had one before and sucking more cash out of you that way. |
