Activation Bypass trick:
when you first activate the phone, you get an activation screen that you need to do before you can use the phone. You need to activate the phone to link a palm profile to the phone.There is a way to bypass it. see this link: http://www.precentral.net/bypass-...-webos-1-x. So, you can use the phone as an mp3 player, etc. Also, some of the amazon reviews say that doing the activation bypass and then putting in an att sim card allows you to BYPASS DATA PLAN. However, no guarantees.

I used my friend's AT&T micro sim (with data plan) to create an account and it works. The iphone micro sim actually fit into the sim slot of Pixi, you just have to match the orientation carefully.

My phone would shut down occasionally without any reason. I am not sure if someone else had the same issue or not. The complaint I had with the phone is lack of apps for webOS. I have switched to an Android phone for my Pageplus.

Having said that though there is a facebook, twitter, espn and angry bird app. Combine that with a nice email and solid browser and this phone can do most of what a cheap android can do. Remember folks this is sub 75 bucks you get what you pay for

The touch screen would not respond sometimes and excessive butt dialing (dont know how considering it has a screen lock). Not bad for a cheap alternative or replace a broken phone without spending a small fortune... just a lil info.

Not unless you have the old Sero which doesn't sound you have Sero.
Make sure you get the one with Sprint logo on it.
