Found Clairol Natural Instincts in the mark-down bin, some are marked $5.99/2 and some $5.50/2.
I used the $5/2 MQ in the 4-29 P&G that expires 5-31-12 to get them for .50 each

It was a regional target insert. My local paper got it, but the paper I subscribe to did not

Atlanta's AJC Newpapaer did not get it so yes, as with most coupons, this appears to be regional.

I don't see this coupon in my insert either.
I believe it is regional.
When talking about bread coupons, I usually couldn't find any bread coupons listed in Wiki. I am very sad about it.

Aren't ALL insert coupons regionally distributed (even P&G)? We didn't get that Q here either.
