Just got home from a quick trip to Publix. They were out of the cut fruit. Out??? Looked like there was fruit to me in produce . . . just no one to cut it!!! They told me to pick anything I wanted from produce/fruit and they would half price it for me. He said one of the "fruit girls" called in sick today. They have had 2 people 8 hours a day cutting fruit all day. He said the "fruit girls" were not happy to hear this went on for another week. He said they put 40 or 50 bowls out and it is gone in 30 minutes.

It looks very similar to Rite Aid with their load to card coupons. The ones available now are all manufacturer qs. There were 61 of them availble for me to load. A couple of them match up with the upcoming weeks sales. I have them loaded and will see if they come off in the next few days.

Yeah right, I'll believe it when I see it. They're not going to be able to stop accepting internet coupons since this is the direction manufacturers are moving.

I'm curious if you will be allowed to use a paper q with an eq (like at HT) or if you have to choose one or the other (like Kroger)

My Target doesn't even limit to 1 coupon per day and they're assholes, so I guess I can go there

As for internet coupons...meaning, PDFs? Because there are lots of companies who can't pay for coupons.com/SS/etc and just do PDFs. Surely Publix understands those are valid.

I'm all for limits, don't get me wrong. Our stores here have a very strict 10 per item limit, which was put in place to eliminate notorious shelf clearers. But I know that stores here welcome multiple TQs because they know it brings in business they badly need during the summer (not so much during the season, haha).
