Welcome Welcome to the Publix Thread!!
The BEST Grocery Store Thread on SD!!

The Publix Thread is a group of Publix peeps who are a wonderful collection of couponers utilizing this thread to share ideas, sales, coupon combinations and fabulous finds.

Just A Few Notes:

* This thread will be updated and maintained regularly by multiple users.

* This is a group effort.

* Please no ethical discussions or debates (i.e. food stamps, world peace, etc.) Take this to the Lounge if you feel that strongly about it

* Try to stay on topic as much as possible.

* Take conversations regarding specific area competitors (Kroger, Winn Dixie, SweetBay, Food Lion, etc) to Chat.

* No public bashing or humiliation.

* If your discussion gets too individual store specific, please take the chat to a PM or the Publix Chat Thread Here

Remember, we don't get paid to be here. We are here because we want to be. People do make mistakes. If a mistake is made by a poster, point it out gently and move on. If you can do it in a PM, all the better.

Use the Wiki, it is your friend and has a wealth of information.

Thanks!! Here is the link to the ad with $2/4 MQ on last page http://sedanos.com/wp-content/upl...-30-12.pdf woot

Thanks, KimBob. I'd given up checking Sedano's website on Wednesday's as it seems the Orlando ad wasn't posted until midday Thursday the last few months. I may still run over the 8-10mi on my day off Friday to pick up a hard copy (unless I find some on my insert walk tomorrow night) as the printed copy has got to have a better/more readable version of the MQ.

I love to use Sedano's ad to PM at Smallmart (WMNM) as well as the Aldi's, Bravo and Save-A-Lot ads too. Last night got a PM to Sedano's for tomatoes (69?/lb), cucumber (25? each), watermelon ($1.99) ... PM to Save-A-Lot for gold potatoes (5lb bag for $1.97) and baby carrots (1 lb bag for $1) ... PM to Aldi's for avocado (59? each), Mushroom (8oz for 79?), Iceberg Lettuce (89?) ... and PM to Albertson's for red pepper ($1), seedless grapes (99?/lb), and Silk milk ($1.99).

Never had an issue with a printable. If it won't scan my stores manually key them in. That one is a little blurry so hopes of it scanning are probably not good...but you never know!

DRAT, I hobbled my broken-footed self around Publix and totally forgot to look at the 2 things I posted earlier!!

If anyone can remember, can you please check to see if Publix is carrying the Bic FlameDisk? It is listed as a retailer on the Bic website.

I do remember seeing them at P earlier this summer (and I remember the thought I had: "geez, what a dumb product...why would anyone use that instead of a grill??" laugh out loud I do suppose, after further thought, that it could indeed be useful for camping and such...my first reaction though was not favorable! And it will hopefully be useful as a free filler now too Stick Out Tongue )

Reps are back...for now. Stick Out Tongue I owe loads of gratitude to everyone that got me where I am! Read the *NEW* CVS FAQ and post your questions there. Let's keep the deal threads deal-related, please.
Would it kill you to read the wiki? Or to read the thread? All the experts got to where they are by reading...you can too.

The Happy report on IHP shows Yucatan guacamole as an unadvertised BOGO. They've been doing BOGO Qs on their Facebook page every morning at 11am. Something to consider if you're looking for guac.

I'm not sure of the price of a 12 pack off hand, but it should be cheaper than $16.47. You should only pay for 2 12 packs. Buy 12 with the B2G2 you'd pay for 6 and use 4 YAF q's. 12-6-4=2. Lowest common denominator of 4 (B2G2) and 3 (B2G1) is 12...that's why 12 is the way to buy it.Wink
I'm wanting to do this deal but my brain is just not working right now to "get" this one. I'm buying 12 with the B2G2 so only paying for 6 with the other 6 being free. How are you able to use 4 YAF q's? I'm seeing it as I'm buying 6, so can use 2 YAF q's (pay for 4 of the 6 and get the other 2 of the 6 for free). Not arguing, just don't understand how I can use a total of 4 YAF q's since they wouldn't apply to the soda we're already getting free with the B2G2 sale. Can anyone explain this to me? I've looked at this scenario til I'm cross-eyed & still am not getting it.

It is confusing but you can use q's (both mq and pq/cq) based on the number of items you are getting regardless if they r on bogo or not. Even the items that are free with sale are avail to use coupons on. As with a normal BOGO at publix, if u get 2 items u can use mq and pq/cq on BOTH items even tho the store sale is giving u 1 "free". I think what you're thinking is more in line with the Target coupon policy to not allow a q on the "free" portion of a bogo.....Hth Big Grin

I spy a good deals in the YAB....
No the match ups are not done, but I see a well good deal in my eyes....
figure I would share before I go about my night and forget later to post it.

`Oooooooops I should read these coupons better:
There is a coupon in the YAB, buy any 2 12 pack or 2 liter of Pepsi Max, get $2.00/ any meat or seafood....
Well on sat the first day of YAB Pepsi is B2G2 Free. remember that comes with $4.00 worth of free meat...
So something to think about Big Grin
`Also Brisk will be another good deal
Buy 2G2
4.99*2=$9.98
$2.00/4MQ= $7.98
4 ($.1.00PQ- From YAB 9-1-12))= 3.98 total for 4 12 packs
`A few weeks ago Schick Disposables were BOGO
if you have a rain check
6.99
use 2 $2.00MQ from 7/22/SS
use 1 $3.00/2 From 8/26 SS
Equals free!
