Which package was the $2.29? There are so many q's for Dr. Scholl's I want to make sure I have the right ones on hand when I search for them. Smilie
I haven't looked at the TQs yet, but the $2.29 ones were the old/original Air Pillow ones.

All the newer gel style ones were like $8+ (maybe $6+).

I know it's the last day, but if you're doing Sundown, look at the clearance area. I found a 200ct A for $3.

I had a strange experience tonight at the lake mary blvd branch in lake mary, fl. First I was told that if a target coupon was for example $1 and the publix item was .50 they would only give .50 on it. No more overage on competitors coupons. Then I was told the target coupons that say 1 per guest mean adults only- kids were no longer to be considered because they were not paying customers. Say what? My kids cost me a fortune and they are guests not lawn furniture. This store has been the most liberal around but I have a feeling all the abusers(and there an unreal amount around me) got them in trouble.
From what I've read they aren't supposed to give overage on competitor or Publix coupons, though usually they don't seen to bother checking the price of the item with the coupon off amount. I know at one of the most liberal stores over here there was a fiasco where someone was trying to use TQ for .50 overage on each pack of pens they bought (like 40 coupons in one transaction vomit) so the entire store learned from that person and the cashiers were informed so that those trying to use only a couple TQ were even impacted and adjusted down.

As for the kids, I can see if they have the ability to handle money, pay and check out by themselves it seems reasonable to me that they can use a coupon as well. I try to always shop alone but sometimes if I have an extra coupon I want to use up instead of going to another store I will have my oldest DD do it. One store did try to tell me she couldn't use a coupon once (and the irony was, I actually *asked* right before at customer service and they said it was OK go figure). Then the manager came up to me afterwards and says it means one per family of course, even though the coupon said "one per customer". So, her interpretation wasn't even accurate. So what does this mean--my daughter is a customer when she takes her spare money and buys gum and chips or some treat on her own (which she does in her OWN transaction) BUT she's not a customer if she uses a coupon with it? HUH?

I was annoyed especially as it was only for $1 off. Seriously Publix? You're going to make my daughter upset over $1? And, she's almost a teenager and just a few years I'll bet from making substantial purchases at Publix. So I don't get that one. Way to alienate customers over a dollar! Confused

My store no longer gives back Target overage either. I don't object since the purpose of allowing the usage of other stores coupons it take their business away. Target doesn't give overage on their coupons, so why should Publix? I can see giving it back on manufacturer q's because they are reimbursed, but competitors it's just a loss.

I'm guessing their new no kid coupon policy is due to abuse. My store hasn't cracked down on that yet, but I imagine it's coming. We have a lot of abusers in our area. I was told a lady comes in with 7 kids and they use coupons that state the one per day rule. It's her way of getting around it. Maybe that is what is going on in your store?

Target q says:

$5 off 2 Dr. Scholls or Dr. Scholls for her shoe insole or devices (exp 11/3/12). I'm trying to figure out which to bring for the manufacturer q's. Are they Odor X?

Tried to use the $5/2 Dr Scholl's TQ and was told no on the ones for $2.29 because they've had severe issues with high value fake TQs. However, I could use it on the more expensive ones. So it's only fake if it makes something free, I guess. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) They would not adjust the Q, either.

Saw Dr Scholl's for Her as low as $3.94, FYI. With either of the TQs and the $2 MQ, it's a MM.

Does anyone know how long the $4.99 Clear mens sale is going on? I swear I looked and I can't even find where it's on sale.

Sorry can't help you on the Men's Clear. But thank you for the price check on Dr. Scholl's. I actually use the Dr. Scholl's for women insoles so I'm happy about that. I'll bring my Iphone with the Target q's so they can see on the site if I get any trouble with it being "fake."

$3.94 x 2 = $7.88
- $5/2 Target q printable
- (2) $3 off Dr. Scholl's For Her insoles, SS 9/16 (exp 10/07)
$3.12 MM! woot

I've actually seen the physical long policy and the original policy. Both the old and the new policies had specific instructions regarding overage. Both said in short:

If overage is from a MQ only, then it's allowed.
If overage is from a CQ only, then it's not allowed, coupon to be adjusted down.
If overage is due to a combo stack, full value given to MQ and CQ or PQ to be adjusted down.

Overage from a PQ or CQ has never been allowed, but as you said, they more often than not don't bother checking.

Forgot to include you in my quote above.

Overage from a PQ or CQ has never been "allowed", we were just lucky no one knew the actual policy and/or never bothered to check.

Just a reminder that we do not ask, beg or solicit for Target coupons on SD. shake head

If they have been removed from the Target.com website then the prints are gone.

SD may have varying policies regarding many topics, but they stand firm on the subject of Target and hinting, suggesting or soliciting for removed Target coupons. nod

As many of you old timers may remember, at one time all Target coupons were openly posted on SD and available to everyone at all times. Then Target put a "kabash" on that with a few lawyers and some papers to SD. Since then SD has been diligent in restricting efforts not to post, beg, ask, etc.

Please be mindful of this request! Big Grin

Wow I have never heard of that before. In fact, the matchups on this site have MM next to MQ and CQ/PQ combos. For example, the bogo glade coupins with the bogo TQ and 2 MQs means they would have to adjust the TQ down? This would basically affect every single MM out there since rarely does a MQ by itself mean overage.

If the Target q is for the full amount or under they honor the full q. It's when you make overage on the Target q alone because the coupon is higher than the product, like the Bic q that was out this past summer. The q was for $1 off Bic stationary but the pens were only $.50, so they adjusted the coupon down. If the Glade was $5.49 and the Target coupon was $6 they would adjust it down, but since it is a BOGO they give you the full price of the item. nod

Just returned from my store and it was already wiped out of Dr. Scholls. Sadwalk Nothing left but the expensive stuff. Cheapest item was $3.79 for the Dr. Scholl's for her. Guess I'll have to wait for them to restock. Good thing the q is good till November.

Oh and I have done my P&G deal Cooking Up Early Detection [pgearlydetection.com]. If anyone is looking for a scenario:

Buy (2) Herbal Essences Shamp ($2.95 each)
Buy (2) Herbal Essences Cond ($2.95)
Buy (8) Covergirl Eyeshadow singles ($2.99 each)
Total $35.72

- $5.90 - (2) Free Clairol Herbal Essences conditioner or styler wyb shampoo, max $6.99, excl trial size, SS 9/16
- $8.00 - (8) $1 off CoverGirl or Queen cosmetics, excl beauty tools (Publix coupon), Green Advantage flyer
- $12.00 - (4) $3/2 CoverGirl products, excl trial size, PG 9/30
- $5/$25 SAL, $5/$35 SB, OR $5/$30 WD
Total $4.82 + $2.50 (FL. tax) = $7.32

Deal is even sweeter if you can find: $1/2 Herbal Essences or Aussie shampoo or conditioner, 10-13 oz (Winn Dixie coupon), Breast Cancer booklet

Which $1 MQ is it? I'm looking at the Qs on the Dr Scholl's site and don't see one that would be applicable?
It's the $1 one for any padding.

Correct.

Like I said, we've been lucky - that's also why EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. always puts YMMV or that overage is a gift, not to be expected. If you get it great, if you don't, don't complain.

Good Morning, I found NO $2 PQ coupon in my local paper this morning, just a Publix AD about the Pharmacy. Usually if it is not in my local paper it will not be in the Sunday's unless we get lucky. Smilie
