Ditto, i received a heavily marked up used book, called and asked if this was standard practice, and without hesitation was told to 'keep the book and we will credit your account.'

I think it was close to $15 and the cds totaled almost $12. Just was looking at it again, I had 6 cds in the cart total was 11.52(after 40% off) shipping is $13.97

only if you are buying cheapo movies/blurays. If you are buying larger box sets, or bluray tv sets 30-40% off is far better than free shipping. I always do the more expensive stuff with the % off and then the cheaper stuff when they do the free shipping.
