You may enter one time for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries will be discarded. Survey responses may be shared with third parties. By entering the survey you have opted-in to receive email communications from SRS and sponsoring third parties.
Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes for free by the Alternate Method of Entry.
