After OCZ told me and many other customers that their vertex plus was bad and had to be shipped in for RMA at the customers cost when they were already working on a firmware fix (which eventually worked...eventually) for a controller issue, I added them to the list of companies I dont buy from.
That they shipped a product with clear data corruption issues is one thing. Stepping up, fixing it and making it right by the customer is the proper next step. Not hiding the fault and putting the onus on the customer to pay $12 to ship a working product in for a refurbished replacement that STILL has data corruption problems until your engineering department can figure out how to fix it.
I guess hide and deny works for some people. Not me.
