AMEX prepaid card. Get $25 gift card after 1st reload

You people do realize you didn't lose anything, right? Spend the $25 and close the card if you wish...you're no worse off than you were before this started (oh yeah I'm forgetting the "OHMYGOD MY CREDIT IS RUINED" angle)

I lost access to my $25 per card for the past few weeks. I'm sure there will be plenty more "you didn't lose anything" posts though.

so its been hit or miss getting the free $25...lame. Oh well I'll just use my $50 for my phone bill

With all due respect, you threw the rest of us under the bus. Gee thanks. This is slickdeals and our number 1 motto is 'do not call'. You not only called, you tattled on this thread. Wow. ...and you did it for 25.00.

I can see your point in a way, but considering it's a slickdeals message board that you seem to frequent, I would think you'd know how things are here....but kudos to you for admitting you did call and report this thread. if only we could ban members for tattling or calling.

Got my $25 reward card today -- I wasn't targeted for this promo, but I do have 2 Amex credit cards and used my existing login to buy the prepaid card

I only ordered 1 prepaid card since people had doubts about this promo -- I ordered the card with $0 balance and then loaded $25 on there once I got the actual card, I used the $25 I loaded on there (applied $25 towards my Comcast bill)

I got a "reward card" today as well-- also not targeted. Bought two Prepaid cards. I am (still) waiting on a card from the AT&T/AmEx deal so, it might be from that. Did you do the AT&T deal as well?

It dosen't come as a "Reward Card", it says "Gift Card". That what came to me. I have no other Amex accounts.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Well $25 back for spending $75(3 cards) is still a good deal. It seems like non targeted people ARE going to get the card. One of the guy here claimed to be working for Amex and said non targeted people won't get the GC, what say you? Amex guy?

Ok, I was a non targeted person. I signed up for this deal and I just received the card in the mail today. So I funded my account with $25 a month ago and received a prepaid reward AMEX card today.

And because I have Clover. I funded my clover account with the $25 from the prepaid AMEX card and $25 from my prepaid reward AMEX card and transferred it to paypal attached account to clover. I just transferred the money from paypal back to my bank account. So I have my 25 dollars back and gained another 25 and its in my bank account versus using the card somewhere.

This Clover account came in very handy! I actually used it a number of times to take money from prepaid gift cards and deposit it to my bank account.

I am still waiting for another $25 prepaid reward card for opening a prepaid AMEX in my wife's name. So we will see if that happens but so far 1 out of 2 is not bad.

There are no fees for moving money from credit cards to Paypal to bank accounts at all with Clover? Are there any limits?

Hum, JaTaN and I seem to have gotten prepaid "reward" cards. I think last time round, I got blue "Thank You" gift cards. What does the card you got look like? Did you do the AT&T (or some other) deal?

Like many other folks here I too got $25 reward card today. My guess it's from AT&T/Amex promo since my AT&T/Amex confirmation email mentioned about "Reward card". Also, I had opened two prepaid cards. I would expect to receive 2 gift cards, if at all Amex honors prepaid card promo.
