Yeah, I have never heard these negatives with them before. Interesting. Then with their prices, they pricematch as well as have sales all the time on even the popular products. I know when I buy from them, I don't have to scour the internet for prices as I am still getting a good deal. Yes, I could probably save a few cents by buying from multiple places, but the shipping would kill it. I have never paid shipping from AG as my orders are always over $95 and I can use the AGO code or. Wait for a free shipping block that comes on when they air on speedvision. Then I use the autopia code and save 10% and.get free shipping..This is only when a 20% and free shipping coupon isn't available.

As far as their customer service, try are top notch as well. UPS damaged my package 3 times in a row (yes, 3 times) and AG sent out new ones each time no question asked. They also double held my card once (not a charge, but a hold), when I called up, they were very apologetic and when I got my package, there was a tin of Fuzion ($50 3 oz. Wax) and $30 of Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant as well as 6 microfibers. This was all on a $100 order. The free stuff they put in was worth as much as the initial order. Because of these things, I will continue to shop there even if the prices are slightly higher.

I bought the groits DA awhile back in the $80 deal. Been meaning to buy pads & solution...this is perfect!
