I bought both back when they were at 39.97. Both are great items as you'd expect from Manfrotto. I especially like the tripod area at the bottom of the bag. I set this bag up with my video gear and drop my DSLR in there and go when I want to shoot some video.

The tripod is a budget model for Manfrotto but far superior to any other ball tripod you'll find for 30 bucks. Built great and actually fits into the bottom of the Manfrotto bag if you pop the head shaft out.

Great deal. I'm so tempted to buy a back-up.

Based on the description, 60D+70-200f/4 might be little too heavy for this. However, it could work just fine for indoor use.

I know I sound really rude , but please ... if you willing to spend 1.5K on those tow please ..use some good tripods , I know most people on budget now days , but keep in mind that good tripods/heads just like good lenses , they do keep their value.
