Q-See 16 Channel Security System with 1TB Hard Drive 16 600TVL cameras $699/FS
After a few packages have walked off of doorsteps in my neighborhood I wanted to setup video monitoring so I can get an idea of who is causing trouble in our otherwise quiet neighborhood. Costco seems to have a pretty good deal:

Amazon has pretty good reviews [amazon.com]for the DVR-only at $479 with only 500gb (Costco has 1tb) storage. (Prices for 1tb version here [google.com] at $700)
The Cameras are better spec than most bundles, and retail [google.com]for about $100/ea shipped or $200 for four on ebay. 1/3" sensor and 42 IR LEDs

Cameras: QM6006B
Last but not least -- it's sold by Costco, they stand behind their products. Tax in some states, but free ground shipping.
iPad/Android/etc... apps available.
