1saleaday - HORRIBLE

I've been on slickdeals for years, but I have never posted until today. 1saleaday's service is horrible and I hope this post saves some of you from dealing with this site.

Very simply, I ordered a dog bed about 2 weeks ago (received order confirmation) and I still have not gotten any shipping notification. So I email customer service and they immediately replied with, "you're order is being cancelled. Thank you for your purchase."

No explanation and no confirmation of what I wanted to do with my order. Very slow and horrible service.

One of them was defective (manufacturer issue, not theirs.) In spite of their "no returns" policy they offered me a full refund and were pretty responsive. YMMV I suppose.

Update:

Another customer service rep apologized and answered the necessary questions. She told me (and this could be complete BS) that they received the wrong part and are trying to figure out when they'll get the right part.

In the end they never got it, refunded my card, and I got a 3 week headache.

Sidenote: Since I never got my dog his new bed, he successfully destroyed the comforter that was lining his kennel and I now have a room full of feathers on the ground.
