If your drive is not on the current firmware version of 2.15, remember to update it. This should alleviate most if not all of the stability issues and other problems that have plagued this drive and other OCZ drives in the past.

Great deal, but I don't know if I can justify buying more SSD Drives. It gets addictive to have so many computers parts than I know what to do with. : (

I got this drive from AMZN last week for $113 after $30 rebate. It's been stable since I installed it Friday night. My drive came with the latest 2.15 firmware already installed. Make sure you check that your drive has the latest firmware or else update it. Also it's the bare drive so I had to buy a mount for my desktop. As others have mentioned, it's SF-2281 controller, which has had issues for the past year, but most accounts are saying that the 2.15 firmware is much more stable.

Basically...it means that SSDs last as long as HDDs, but they just don't last as long as HDDs... |
