Hyundai is best known in the US as a car manufacturer. In it's home country of Korea it's probably best known as the luxury department store (with the luxury supermarket in its basement). In actuality, Hyundai's main line of business, and what its probably best known for in heavier circles is as a large tanker/ship-builder. That's mostly what Hyundai does. I suspect the car manufacturing grew out of shipbuilding.

As for the product, it's a tempting offer. Decent, if not good cpu. Decent RAM. And, unlike the Fire, it has expandability. If there is an actual built-in 3g SIM card slot, then it could be much more tempting. I suspect, however, that the 3g is via a usb dongle adapter.

Still, could be just the right thing for someone at this price.

Hm, 300g. Not bad. The original Galaxy Tab (already thick and heavy) is 380g. The screen resolution is the only thing holding me back from getting one and selling the GT 7.0.
