Posting this here as a heads up for people who may or may not like Capital One with an ING/Sharebuilder account.
Funds will still be there, but it'll be your decision to extract it should you deem it necessary.

As previously announced in June 2011, our parent company — ING Group — agreed to sell ING DIRECT USA as part of a restructuring agreement with the European Commission.
It's still business as usual around here.
