Seems like good specs for a good price =] (especially at 8")
Although, I'm saving up for the Ainol Aurora though (very much like the 1024x600 O.O). I've heard nothing but good things ^_^v (except for the compatibility issues with ICS; I hear you can revert back to Gingerbread for more stability and until they can fix the ICS issues). Plus, I personally like small things. It's to make up for my big.. pillows. Oh and about your Ainol Elf problem, I saw a video about this guy getting it in Chinese as well but he just went into the options and changed it to English.. xD Thumbs up for this deal though, mate! =D |

They give you free ones with the tablet, so I just use those and when we take a long drive, my son has a pair that he keeps in the back seat cubbie-hole that he plugs in. I guess if I already had headphones, then maybe I'd think differently, but the ones they ship with are pretty solid. Now, as for the English to Chinese....do you reeeeeally think I don't know how to do that, lol. I can change that setting on an Android tablet in the dark with my hands behind my back. It has to do with the system structure, the apps, and all of the stuff that is built in and can't be deleted.
Basically, they took a reference design, slapped it together in a factory and called it a Hyundai (illegally) Ployer is a real company, that runs a legitimate business, and is a brand name in Asia. They are not a fly-by-night company that does sub-assembly of whatever is hot at the moment, pumps out a few thousand, cashes in, and changes the production line to whatever's hot the next month. It just comes down to the build quality if you're comparing the two. I have zero experience with the device you linked, but I do have experience with the Ployer MoMo8 and it's outstanding. Ainol (Ainovo) on the other hand is a brand that is made in China FOR China, and could give a crap if the rest of the world can properly use their devices. If you buy an Ainovo product, you'll find that the User Manual, the outside of the box, the warranty, the apps, and most of the system files are in Chinese. When you switch it to English, you get about half of the system in English and all of the apps remain in Mandarin / Chinese characters. Different story with Ployer....they have English versions and market to English speakers. I mention in the video that I have no clue about if it plays Netflix and I don't have a subscription. I have exhausted 3 of my email accounts, my wife's email account, our address, 4 different credit cards, 2 different eBay accounts, and Netflix will NEVER let me have a free trial again. So, no more Netflix for me. Currently, it adds no value. I have no HBO2Go either. I must be the last person on the planet that doesn't, I get asked about HBO2Go, Skype, and NetFlix more than anything else in PM's.....weekly. I don't use any of those services. We need a smiley with an old man that has a cane.

all this goes away if u plan on flashing it though, so why is this one so much better than elf? 1 inch bigger, yet less resolution, less ram, good ics and market, but these last 2 can be changed in elf in about 5 mins, im glad other brands are jumping in though good job to ployer, i think im still sticking to elf if it wasnt for pandawill messing up my order

Whatever the case, it's retarded that so much sound would come out of that little opening. Then again, my son is 5 and sounds like thunderbolt when he lets loose. We'll just leave it at that. ZT-180 10", ZT-180 v2 10", ZT-280 7", Zenithink c71, Zenithink C91, Moonpad 2, Ainol Novo Elf, Ainol Novo 7 Basic, Ainol Novo Paladin, AiShuo A816, A820, Ployer MoMo8, ViMicro v7, ViMicro v7+.......I buy 'em, flip 'em for profit, and keep the best for myself. Best 7" model, Renesas. Best 8" model, Ployer MoMo8 Best 10" model, Zenithink C91 - I only kept the HP TouchPad because my wife insisted.
It depends on who you're asking, of course....but most people would prefer the BMW because of how it looks, how it drives, and how it's built. The Corvette may be faster and equally capable in plenty of regards on paper.....but if you offered both to someone, which do you think the majority would take? *Sidenote* Pandawill is like Everbuying. Good for nothing, take their sweet a$$ time shipping, never update you, send you the wrong thing, crap Chinese etailer that just wants your money. ANOTHER reason why I stick with McBub 85% of the time. ![]()
