1. HOW TO ENTER: All entries must be received by entering the sweepstakes online at www.airnzsafety
There is no maximum number of entries allowed per individual. .
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to any individual who:
Is able to travel to New Zealand within 12 months of claiming the prize
Is not an employee of the Sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other coordinating agencies involved in the development, implementation and distribution of the Sweepstakes, or an immediate family member or are living in the same household of such an employee.
3. PRIZE DETAILS: Air New Zealand will provide the winner and guest;
Two x Roundtrip flights for two (2) (the winner and one (1) "Guest") travelling on Air New Zealand from the airport from which Air New Zealand operates nearest the winner's home town, to Auckland, New Zealand. All travel to New Zealand will be in our economy seat.
Domestic flights for the winner and Guest to and from each of the cities (within New Zealand) required within the list of prize activities provided at time of entry as required for the relevant tours and events included in the prize. All Air New Zealand domestic travel will be on our Works ticket.
The 1 winner and 1 guest will select 6 activities to undertake during their 10 day prize in New Zealand. All 6 activities are to be completed within the (1) one 10 day period. The 6 activities must be from the list of 12 provided at the time of entry. Some of the activities will be seasonal and availability will depend on the timing of the 1 Winner and 1 Guest arrival in New Zealand.
All accommodation (3-4 star accommodation) and food will be provided during the 10 day prize in New Zealand
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is Thirty Thousand New Zealand Dollars (NZD$30,000). Actual value of the prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure location and destination. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute and or modify the prize with a prize of equal or greater value with immediate effect at any time prior to the closing date of the Sweepstakes by advertising that fact. Only one (1) prize is permitted per family or household.
4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All travel plans for winner and Guest must me made at one (1) time through [email protected], within twelve (12) weeks of accepting the prize. Once the Guest is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsors' sole and absolute discretion. The winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If winner is unable to travel within the 12 month period of claiming the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Once the winner has been contacted, Air New Zealand reserves the right to publically name the winner and guest by their first name and first initial of their surname within their social media channels to communicate the prizes have been claimed and to act as a congratulatory message to the prize winners.
During the course of the 10 day adventure experience, there could be some video footage/still photography taken of the prize winners at each of the activities that could be edited and uploaded onto Air New Zealand's social media channels. Each of the winner's and their guests will be required to sign a Talent Release form.
Winner will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein that are incurred by winner or Guest, including, without limitation, spending money, gratuities, souvenirs, travel insurance, visas and other entry requirements for the entire trip, and any other incidentals.
Unless otherwise designated, all air travel will be provided by Air New Zealand and shall be subject to Air New Zealand's Conditions of Carriage (see www.airnz.co.nz). Prizes, reservations, and airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable once issued, and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. If lost, they will not be replaced. Credit for previous purchases is not permitted. All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes and seat availability for your chosen date of travel. In addition, winner and guest(s) are responsible for any federal, state, and local tax consequences and for compliance with all governmental reporting and payment requirements. Unless otherwise expressly included in the specified Grand Prize, the following are not included:
Upgrades.
Accrual of Airpoints Dollars™ or other Mileage redemption.
Alcoholic beverages.
Headsets (on flights with in-flight audio and/or video programs).
Merchandise or souvenirs.
In-flight-air-to-ground telephone calls.
Transportation to and from the airport.
