This is in-store T-mobile.

That means

Nokia Lumia 710 $199 + $50 Monthly4G prepaid plan (required to purchase. Used it for one month) = $249+ Tax

Go to T-mobile retail store. I saw it @ South California.

T-Mo website mentions a promotion where if you purchase a prepaid phone valued at $179.99 or more, you get a free $50 refill card. If B&M retailers are running same promotion and the Lumia is $200 out-of-contract, in-store, it would be a pretty slick deal. I'd probably go get one.
