That was actually an Amazon.com pre-order bonus.
The collector's edition comes with a 4 disc soundtrack and an artbook.

Under product details, there is a "tell us about a lower price". Click on that, and supply the link to ebgames/gamestop.

I bit on Gamestop. 62 after tax and shipping. I rather spend that extra $2 and not worrying about refreshing Amazon's page for the rest of the night.
