NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Eligibility: Coca-Cola Zero Bracket Game (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 13 years of age or older and My Coke Rewards ("MCR") members at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottlers, ePrize, LLC, National Collegiate Athletic Association® (NCAA), Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., CBS Broadcasting Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and those prize providers and agencies that are involved in the development or execution of this Sweepstakes or any of its materials, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter: Each one of your Game Plays is only valid for the Prize Round during which it is entered and it will not carry through to subsequent Prize Rounds. You must use your Game Plays right away, before logging out or closing your browser window, or you will lose them. There are at least 4 ways to enter:

a) Purchase Coca-Cola Zero™: During the Promotion Period, purchase any Coca-Cola Zero™ product or specially-marked promotional cup. Each participating product will contain a unique code under the cap, inside the package, or on the cup's peel off label (the "Code"). During the Promotion Period, visit www.enjoymoremadness.com and log in to your My Coke Rewards Account ("Account"). If you do not have an Account, follow the onscreen directions to create one (see Section #6 for details on becoming a My Coke Rewards member). After registering/logging in, follow the links and instructions to enter the Code where indicated and you will receive a game play ("Game Play"). Use your Game Play to pick the team that you believe will advance to the next round in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship. If you are correct and the team you selected advances, your entry will be included in the Sweepstakes drawing for the applicable Prize Round.

b) Play the Coca-Cola Zero Watch and Score Instant Win Game and Lose: During the Promotion Period, if you play the related game, Coca-Cola Zero Watch and Score Instant Win Game, official rules and details located here: www.enjoymoremadness.com, the first time you play and lose, you will receive a free Code and be invited to enter this Sweepstakes. After registering/logging in to your Account, follow the links and instructions to enter the Code where indicated and you will receive a Game Play. Use your Game Play to pick the team that you believe will advance in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship. If you are correct and the team you selected advances, your entry will be included in the Sweepstakes drawing for the applicable Prize Round.

c) Enter "WIN": During the promotion digital banners will provide a link to this site with direction to enter WIN for one free Game Play. After registering/logging in to your Account, follow the links and instructions to enter WIN in the code entry box and you will receive a Game Play. Use your Game Play to pick the team that you believe will advance in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship. If you are correct and the team you selected advances, your entry will be included in the Sweepstakes drawing for the applicable Prize Round.

d) Free Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.enjoymoremadness.com and log in to your My Coke Rewards Account. Then, click here (hyperlink doesn't work in real rules), and a free Code will be emailed to the address that you used to register for your Account. Once you have the Code, follow the links and instructions to enter the Code where indicated and you will receive a Game Play. Use your Game Play to pick the team that you believe will advance in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship. If you are correct and the team you selected advances, your entry will be included in the Sweepstakes drawing for the applicable Prize Round.

Sponsor reserves the right to add additional ways to gain Codes and entries, including, but not limited, to rich media activities and social media channels.

For All Entries: Limit: 10 Game Plays per day during the Promotion Period regardless of method or combination of methods of entry. You will receive 1 Sweepstakes entry for every Game Play where you chose a team that advanced. You may select the same team with each Game Play or you may vary the teams. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than 10 Game Plays per day by using multiple/different email addresses, Accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant.

6. How to Join My Coke Rewards: Click on the sign up link and follow the instructions to register as a My Coke Rewards member. To become a member, you must have a unique, valid email address. Accounts cannot be shared.

7. Drawings: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. On or about the dates specified in the table above, Administrator will select the names of the potential winners by conducting a random drawing of all eligible entries received for the applicable Prize Round, based on the entrant correctly having selected a team that advanced in the applicable round of the NCAA March Madness® Division I Men's Basketball Championship. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, the performance of the team you select, and the number of eligible entries received for the applicable advancing teams.

8. Requirements of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with the Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential winner of a prize valued at $600 or more (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within 48 hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release (except where prohibited) ("Declaration"), in order to claim his/her prize, and fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If a potential winner fails to do so, he/she may be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In the event that a potential winner of any prize valued at more than $25 is disqualified for any reason, fails to complete the Declaration (if applicable) or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, if time permits, Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, up to 3 alternates. If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the prize will not be awarded. Unclaimed prizes valued at $25 or less will remain un-awarded. Non-travel prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8 – 10 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

FOR ALL TRAVEL PRIZES: Winner and guest must commence travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner's residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. Sponsor is not responsible if any game or other scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets may be subject to issuer's standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner's guest must be winner's parent/legal guardian. If winner's guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner must be minor's parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor, as applicable. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of game or other event. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $80,625. Terms and conditions of prize codes, digital gift cards, digital codes, and E-Gift Card Codes apply. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for complaints or issues regarding codes (claims that code is invalid, insufficient, etc.) and winner should address any such issues with the issuer of the code. The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by any winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Limit: 1 Grand Prize per person.
