Received it from Newegg today and found that Trasmitter Power Cable is NOT included. Called Newegg and they told me it is in fact, not included as shown on product pictures they have. It's like selling refurbished TV without power adapter. I should've stick with Amazon.

What's the transmitter power cable not show on the picture. I mean how are we supposed to use the thing without that usb to transmitter cable? Thanks for the heads up.

I got a refurbed unit from Woot a couple of months ago. It's a great headset, and it DID include the power adapter.

BTW, be warned that if you use WIFI or any other 2.4 GHz device (cordless phones, for instance), you will get a short little popping noises from time to time in the headset.

Also, if you plan on using the optical connection, go ahead and order a decent optical cable. The one that is included with the headset is spaghetti-thin and almost as brittle feeling. Also, if you want to use HDMI and the optical cable from your Xbox, you can do so. You can use both simultaneously, you just have to take the plastic housing off of the Xbox optical-out adapter so that you can plug in the HDMI cable next to it.

Both Newegg.com and Turtlebeach weren't able to provide solution to "missing USB power transmitter" issue.

OP should add WITHOUT USB POWER TRANSMITTER to the title.
