There is no reason that CVS should require you to pay for an item that the manufacturer intended to give you for free. CVS is reimbursed up to $8.99 for the coupon. There is no reason for them to credit you less than the price of the body wash. Last edited by jteef1; 03-09-2012 at 07:46 PM.. |

Our cashier tried to pull the same. I stopped him and said the coupon is specifically for the bodywash. Then I placed the items on the counter (as teaching aids), and explained "buy cleanser, get bodywash" The "up to $8.99" statement on the coupon should also support your case - no cleanser ever costs $8.99, good luck
