My brother has a landscaping business and uses this impact all the time when he's working on his equipment and he says he's glad he bought it even at $100. Plus this deal comes with a free drill (a light duty one, but it'll make a good b-day present for someone).
For what it's worth, the impact has gotten a 4.5 out of 5 stars from 104 user reviews. The drill has also gotten a 4.5 out of 5 but it's only had 16 user reviews. Thanks again OP!

I'm torn right now. I had been holding out for this exact deal since I stupidly passed on it before christmas for $50. I had given up on it and bought the Dewalt 4 piece combo from Lowes yesterday. Now the question is: keep the Dewalts or return it and get these. I already have an 19.2v Craftsman drill for heavier applications, so I think the compactness of these would be nice. But the Dewalt combo came with a reciprocating saw, which I also want. But then I also have ~$14 in ShopYourWay rewards and a $15 sears gift card from an order cancellation.......

Well, if you already have an 19.2 drill, you could always get this 19.2 recipricating saw [sears.com] for $51 - $14 rewards for a total of $37. Return the Dewalt set and buy this 12v set.

I saw that saw too after looking around a bit. I just placed my order at Sears for the impact and drill and will return the Dewalts this afternoon. My order came out to $27.46 after tax and redeeming my rewards and (free) gift card. Not too shabby. And then I have time to think about the reciprocating saw as I don't really need it right away.

It really depends on how much you like and use tools; get them both. I also have 19.2 craftsman crap (weed wacker, drills, circular saws, reciprocating saw, and fluorescent flashlights). Out of all the batteries I have, only one of them is still good. When you look at the cost of replacements or lithium upgrades, it almost makes more sense to just replace the stuff (I'm in the process of switching over to Makita 18V tools/toys). How old is your Craftsman 19.2V stuff? If it's a couple of years old, then your batteries are probably on their way out so keep that in mind.
Edit: I just took a gander at that Dewalt deal from yesterday and it doesn't look too hot to me. It has the old style batteries (I thought that Dewalt was using Lithium Ion ones now). The drill also looks like just a standard drill (no hammerdrill). And if those are the standard flashlights that they've been using for a few years now, they suck (the bulbs go out any time you knock them around). The fluorescent craftsman ones are far superior. Dewalt cordless tools are a little more durable than craftsman cordless tools, but if you're just using it for around the house I doubt that you'll be dropping it off of ladders.
