Seems like a good deal to me.

I am noticing that these lower priced TV's are starting to come with only 2 HDMI ports. Seems like a trend to keep the price down. I know that there is cost involved with having more ports, but I wonder what that is.

Sucks it isn't online cause you could have used the 20% off code then. Huge ymmv to try to convince the store to do it.

The bag code. Just visit om and it is right there on the front page. It works on some items that you would never be able to fit in the bag in store. I don't really know if it would work on the TV but it is a mute point obviously.

Staples has the bag code sometimes too. Just buy any item that fits into your bag. Use it and they apply it to the whole purchase regardless if it fits or not.
