I'm thinking about it, but reluctant about reconditioned. I've had my eye on this TV for a while, good specs/price. Walmart + Target had this for $570 at Christmas, but price is up now to $650.

The real question is, why are there so many Vizio refurbs?! I have been seeing TONS of Vizio refurb deals lately. Is it a problem with the units that was fixed, or are these just returns from Costco, Walmart, Sams, etc?

From what I have seen, the Vizio direct refurbs are heavily controlled by Vizio and they keep the prices very high on those (usually way to close to retail to ever make it onto Slickdeals).
I have personally seen the 42" 3D that geeks is selling and they come in brand new factory Vizio boxes, has the appearance of factory refurbished. |
