I realized what DOD meant after I posted my first reply.

The only difference between the 2.0 and the 3.0 (based off of the specs and details on REI's site) is that the 3.0 has the hood, a changing pad, and a 2 layer hipbelt. Oh, and it weighs more. lol.
It has the same amount of storage compartments and other specs.
I'm sure I'll be happy with my new 2.0 for $90. And, considering that I almost bought the 3.0 at full price last week, I'm thrilled with having saved a huge amount of money.

BTW, here's the ebay seller where I got mine. The only one that's $90 is the organe color but the green and blue are still cheaper than REI. http://www.ebay.com/itm/270912229...1423.l2649

I have the 2009 model in Red and used it a lot. My 26 month old is tall and heavy for her age (38 inches and about 35#'s) and we recently used it on our cruise to the caribbean. I carried her most of the day and still felt fine. It's also been with us to CA, Florida, Hong Kong, Hawaii and numerous festivals and fairs. It's held up extremely well even when checked in as baggage on flights. One thing that you'll have to get use to is everyone wanting to take a picture of it and the countless questions about where they can buy one.

My daughter loves riding in it. I t allows her to see more since she's sitting so high up. It's also great that you can put it down and she instantly has a standalone seat! Also having a canopy is great when it's really sunny out. keeps her shaded and cool.
