you are lucky to have so many plumbers show up to give an estimate. I have called numerous plumbers for estimates for installing a BR in the basement and no one shows. some have even told me the small jobs aren't worth it.

U all aware that craigslist services section has a lot of plumbers too right?
Sometimes it works out cheaper even if the plumbercomes from another city n you pay them the cost to travel |

Pfft jackhammer. Use a sledge hammer! In seriousness thus is the case with licensed and bonded repair services unless you can find an experienced plumber in CL or referral of rental property managers.
