Yeah, it should have been apparent since it was attempted 20 years ago and even proposed by Republicans, and the rest of the industrialized world is already beyond it.

Sometimes I think posters here have no concept of trends and what they tell about the future.

what was attaempted 20 years ago? ACOs'? nope. 500,000 dollar fines? nope. making it illegal for docs to own a hospital? nope. 30% cut to medicare fees? nope. individual mandate? yes. if I am wrong please post a link and stop wasting my time.
