Looks like a good deal considering all you would need is ram and hdd to have a little htpc ready to go.

Good little board for that price. However, for those getting it shipped, you need to add about $7 - $10 for shipping, and for some (like me) tax.

not available at my stores for pick up...
newegg link for those interested: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Pro...6813130568 and...i think i will most certainly be picking up one of these because it is available for shipping. "Smoked" by windows phone 2012, might be my best SD yet if i could actually get the phone.

This is a great little board! The fan is quiet and everything works like it should. I purchased back when it was $40AR at newegg. When I submitted the rebate, I used the expedite option which costs 10% (i.e. net rebate = $36). I had the prepaid rebate card in my hands within two weeks! I highly recommend.

this 350IA at fry's is ~$17 more than that 350IS sold at newegg after rebates, and has 2 USB3.0 ports and a little bit better heat-sink, but still has a fan.

Ordered one, thanks and repped. What size RAM does it take? I have spares of laptop/desktop DDR3 anyhow.
any recommendation on case; something cheap and small. It would be great to pick-up at Fry's or I am close to Directron as well  I see one $40 case at Fry's with 300w PSU and several options at Directron for $40 (or less): http://search.directron.com/sorte...niitxa.php .
