AT&T Refurb Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket LTE $10 New Line/Upgrades with Contract

AT&T has the Skyrocket refurb for $10 including upgrades.
This is the cheapest the Skyrocket has been.
BUY BUY BUY or UPGRADE UPGRADE UPGRADE!

Later this year AT&T will be throttling ALL unlimited data plans. Data caps will be 3GB/month for 3g phones and 5GB/month for 4gLTE phones. This phone will net you an extra 2GB a month of high speed data. Also note, hspa+ (aka "4G") will be counted as 3g data usage.

They should lower the cost by at least $100 each for subsidized phones.

Yup, a regular SIM. AT&T will need to supply a new one though to take advantage of the 4g network.
