i.e. the R4 for women is also on sale.

but I ended up ordering it from patagonia instead. it's 125 there, and they had my size in blue on sale. plus, if it doesn't work out for whatever reason, I can return in store since there is a store near me. after tax it's about the same (135), but I like having the option of in-store returns.

Not getting much luck...online support saying limited sizes and colors on sale only...and wont go into more details besides that....Gota give a thumbs down. Thought this was a good deal.

I have to chime in and say that the Patagonia R4 fleece is amzing!! So warm

$136 for an R4! That's like stealing! TNF is garbage.

ordered "North Face Aconcagua". Coupon code didn't work, so talked to a rep via live chat and he acknowledged the problem and promised to apply the discount after the order was placed. Now I hope it works.

excellent. I ordered 3 jackets in the past 2 days but used SUPERSALE coupon, which is 10% off. Called customer service and they are refunding the difference.. Two of those jackets are no more available

Patagonia R4 is not breathable at all which is bad for physical activity. For the same price TNF Denali Wind Pro is very breathable and every bit if not more warm, wind/water resistant

I just placed an order for the Patagonia Mens R4 in black. I was debating between that and the $79 North Face but the North Face seems more widely available for that price.

I hope it fits - I wonder if they do free shipping size exchanges - I read they have a $7.95 charge for return shipping cost.

Probably wont get much use this season but I bet price is better now then they will be next fall.
