Through my reading reviews here and elsewhere the ekobrew seems to be favored for convenience between using the refillable vs. pre-filled K-cups. You have to remove the whole assembly to use the Keurig refillable one and then replace the OEM assembly back if you want to use regular prefilled k-cups. Not true with the ekobrew.

I have the eckobrew and it works fine.

Let me kindly remind you all that this thread may be used for discussing or debating the merits of OP's deal. I have the Ekobrew and Solofill drop in K-cup replacements and use each one daily (usually which ever is clean). They both work great and the coffee is plenty strong (and I like strong coffee). The grind does have to be right...somewhere between between fine and medium.

Both filters will give you residue on the bottom of your cup...it really doesn't bother me. And since the Ekobrew will hold more coffee, it can give you a stronger cup.

I ordered one around 2:15 pm CST on Saturday and the order STILL shows as "in fulfillment". I have a feeling it's going to be cancelled; this is usually the pattern for what happens to at least half of my order I place on Black Friday each year. Anyone else still waiting for the shipping confirmation email?

That wasn't the case for me...I first purchased a lowes gift card from them a few weeks ago (they didn't call me then...code showed up within 2 minutes). This 2nd order with them was delayed b/c they tried to verify my info.

Ordered mine Saturday afternoon and I have delivery confirmation for today! I'm not too sure I will like the color. I'm hoping to go to the Kohl's store and exchange it for the black/silver one.

FWIW, I picked up one of these in store last night (McDermott Dr in Plano, TX). The price was $129.99 for the Cinnamon color only. The black and silver were still $179.99. I had a 30% coupon this time around, so I added a $12.99 shirt to get my total up to $100 after the discount and get $20 in Kohl's Cash. If you missed out online, check your local Kohl's.
