Forward/redirect all external emails to another email address (Outlook/exchange)

Hi,

How can I redirect or forward all external emails (emails that are not on our domain) to another email address? I know through junk email filter it has an option to only accept emails within our domain, and move the rest to the "Junk Email" folder. What I want to do is redirect all the junk email in that folder to another person, ie a secretary?

Is it possible?

I'm probably not understanding exactly what you are trying to accomplish, but if it is of any help, when I ran my last business, the website's email system forwarded all my emails to my gmail account, which in turn was set to forward all emails to my Hotmail account, just for the sake of redundancy.
I don't know if all webmails have that forwarding feature that gmail includes, but I'm guessing they do.
If I'm completely off base and my info is useless to you, kindly disregard this post.

create a rule in outlook to forward all non internal emails to your secretary.

Just edit the rule so it only applies to emails when not from internal domains.
