There is a $5 off coupon for any 24ct or larger Zyrtec in the 3/4 red plum newspaper insert. You can also get a CVS $3 off $15 purchase https://www.facebook.com/CVS.

If you did two transactions 1.) buy Zyrtec with RP coupon you would pay $1 and then get $5.99 ECB then 2.) CVS has a sale where you buy 5 twelve packs of coke products for $15 and you get $5 ECB back. Use the $3 off $15 coupon and then the $5.99 ECB from the zyrtec purchase and you get 5 cases of coke, 24 ct. zyrtec and $5 ECB for a total of $7 out of pocket.
