Big Mike, I got mines BNIB...I asked if it was for display model, nope the sales associate brought out a NEW one.
Black blaze, I found it at a regular sears store, Madison, WI not an outlet. syco123, thanks for link. So far i'm happy with it. been watching this camera slowly drop in price month to month but decided against picking up one. using the shopping section of google should bring up stock information for sears stores for this camera. The price is not for refurb and stores that still have it in stock have it at varying clearance price ranges. In my area it currently ranges from 250 up to 380 from store to store |

The best thing to do is to print the upc for the camera to bring in. First have a cashier scan it outside the electronics section and see how many they have in stock. Then you will likely be asked to go to the electronics section to buy it. Once they scan it you will know if it is listed as in stock or not so you can be sure they check the back stock if it isn't up front. |

A more successful way to get a lower price is to find a store that has it at the lower price at limited quantity. Either they will have none or just a display item with missing accessories that may or may not be for sale. Since it is still listed in their system you can still ask for a transfer sale and buy it at their price and pick it up at a store that may have a new one at a higher price. |
