Okay, I'll rephrase it... for myself and the one or two people (perhaps) in the world who buys things on slickdeals for themselves to use, how is the battery life?

You make it sound so evil. Some of us in addition to legwork, will be putting hard work into sliding out the Toshiba MK6465GSX, pulling the i3 chip and parting the motherboard and screen. Too much work for me personally, but either way it's honest labor

While you all (and me for a few minutes) were planning your trips to Staples to nab this laptop, I went over to Cowboom and got a nice laptop during their firesale without any trouble. NICE DISTRACTION OP! Won't work on me

Hmm, "low stock clearance item" about 11 miles from my apartment. I just bought an Acer Aspire One 722 C-60 netbook used for $205 + $13.35 upgrade to 4GB of RAM.

This is a lot bigger/heavier but only $20 or so for a pretty significant upgrade.

Thanks for the tip. But that one has a celeron processor and only 2GB of mem and 250gb hard drive. Good news is you're still welcome to camp out with us and watch the sunrise, we'll even wake ya when Staples opens

People are really going to camp out for this?!?! It's a hot deal but being there over 3 hours before the store opens is crazy. What if the inventory checker is wrong. I even doubt you will be even able to sell it for more than $350 on CL. Don't get me wrong, I'll be in line but probably 20 mins is enough waiting for me.

Some people are a little much around here...

Haha - well he *might* just be being a little sarcastic.

I'm not camping out over this, but I will check the inventory checker in the morning and head over if it's still possibly there when I get up.

Actually, low stock is the only way you'll get the deal.

It generally doesn't say "In stock" on these YMMV Staples clearance deals. Low Stock Clearance Item usually means they have 1, IF they have any. If it says In Stock it probably isn't on clearance, which shouldn't be the case since this price ends in $0.50

Clear as mud, right?
