You're merging text from 2 different areas of the coupon. The "Featuring Our March Flavor" is not related to "Buy any cone, get one for .99."

If they were going to restrict it to the Flavor of the Month, they would have stated that explicitly as they did in their BOGO free offer in the beginning of the month (now expired).

I was just teasing you in my reply. Buy, yeh, they're legit coupons that can be printed. I think their fine print is boiler-plate text that they automatically include with all coupons. Some of their coupons are specific to an individual's name, like the free birthday scoop, so they do not want you to copy those for sure. Anyway, enjoy your ice cream.
