Most of these units do not come with power cords, but this is a great power supply and can handle the most power hungry video cards. Unfortunately it does not have enough power for sli or crossfire. My unit is silent.
This PSU *is* more than powerful enough to handle CF/SLI of many GPUs. 6850s in CF pull <450W [anandtech.com], and even 6950s in CF [anandtech.com] pull just over 500W under Furmark load.

First line says "most power hungry video cards". My reaction to the first line in the wiki: WHAT? What single card setup CAN'T be run on an actual 620w unit?
THIS UNIT CAN CROSSFIRE 6970s with a quad core cpu and 5 hard drives.
My setup with this exact psu:
Q9550 @ 3.8ghz, 4 Sticks Ram (8GB), 2 crossfire 6970s overclocked to 925/1450, 4 2TB Hard drives in raid 5 + 96GB SSD, Optical, etc.
The system above pulls about 600W from the wall, meaning about 530W on the PSU. This is MAX power, not typical. This was during prime95 AND running furmark. Games would rarely pull over 450W FROM THE WALL (400W on the PSU)
Don't get sucked into the myth of needing a huge PSU. This psu will probably NOT run dual gtx 580s (I can't comment as I dont own them) but it will run up to dual 6970s with a quadcore 95W CPU. FACT. I ran this system like this for about 4 months before upgrading to an i5-2500k and it never once had a problem.
Please note that this PSU only has TWO pci-e adapters however. If you want to crossfire 6970 cards you'll have to buy molex to pci-e power adapters, or make sure some come with your video cards (they often do).

reviews are 50/50. think i will pass. okay maybe 40/60 and with rebate and support issues still pass.

these things come with iffy 5v rails. Check to make sure yours is in spec

man I wish I would have waited! I would rather have an Antec than an OCZ, but this is not modular!!
