Looks like low quality protein to me. Has more carbs, more calories, more fat, less protein/serving, compared to Gold or platinum.

Low quality, high chlolesterol protein in a smaller 4.3lb tub that has the ON label on it.
22 grams in a 40 gram scoop/serving  . It should be more like 25g protein per 30g scoop

Can someone list the top whey proteins?
I only buy optimum but if there is a close 2nd I'd go that route too. It's been expensive but it's still a better deal than the cheaper route as far as % protein always call stores ahead of time and don't waste your time in a losing effort

Muscle Pharms Combat Myofusion Syntha-6 Check em out on bodybuilding. This one guy in the gym owns a site called fabmuscles.com and hes always pushing myofusion and gaspari products on me. Hes HUGE though so i trust him. |
