Do you have an ad blocker on your browser or with your firewall program? I know I've had issues in the past with coupons.com not accepting "clicks" from my mouse and it was the ad blocker in chrome. Not sure what else it could be. Have you tried installing via a different web browser to see if that helps? Or tried printing from coupons.com from a different browser altogether? I'm wondering if your firewall could be blocking the program as a virus or something.

I am familiar with this software. It is directly related to the virus removal you mentioned. The coupon printer is a software that is installed via the coupon site you mentioned. It can also install annoying toolbars and is considered to be spyware by some antimalware programs. If during the virus removal process the particular scanner they used removed the coupon printer software, this is why you are having the issue.
I saw one user mention that you should uninstall and reinstall it.
Step #1 Attempt to uninstall Coupons.com or Coupon Printer from your Programs and Features (Click START > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Find the program and uninstall it. If you get any errors, ignore them.
Step #2 Find the following directories (folders) and delete them, this will not harm your computer. You can delete these by clicking START > Computer > Open the C: drive then browse and delete these folders. C:\Program Files "COUPONS" folder (delete the coupons folder).
Step #4 Run the ccleaner program, Select the Registry icon on the left hand side, select SCAN FOR ISSUES at the botton. When done scanning select FIX SELECTED ISSUES and when it asks to create a backup select YES and save as the default name it generates for you. Then select the FIX ALL button to fix.
Step #5 Open your browser and confirm there is no adon installed for this program in firefox (on mine I do not see one installed for IE so no need to check it).
