Consider 3 year warranty. They will reimburse you, if they can't fix or replace the item

the customer service rocks, they reimbursed 39 bucks for shipping, since originally it quouted me 11 bucks, then it changed as i checked out, they called this morning and let me know they are crediting the difference back.
So nice. |

They're going to lose their butts on these with a 3 year warranty. I've had several different versions as well as gifted several and none have lasted that long. Cool little machines while they work but I got tired of buying replacement battery packs. They die if you keep them on the charger. They die if you don't keep them charged. They die if you hook them up to a timer to try to get to a happy medium. Then they just die for no apparent reason. Then I gave up. lol
